What is the return policy?

Per Tatcha's return policy, you can return items made in the USA and at APO/FPO/DPO locations within 90 days. Print your free UPS return mailing label.

This Tatcha deal offers you three options: From your order confirmation, click "Check Order Status" and then click "Start a Return." Visit the Order Tracking Page, enter your information, then click "Start a Return." Visit your account page, select "My Orders," then click "Return."

Refunds for shipping, gift-wrapping expenses, and items bought from different merchants aren't available. Products that have been tampered with, are nearly empty, filled, or include other substances are not returnable. Only whole sets are acceptable for a return or exchange Tatcha deal. Personal use damages or losses caused by dropping, stealing, spilling, or improper handling are not refundable.
