The SCOTTeVEST Return Policy

SCOTTeVEST accepts returns on non-defective products within 30 days of purchase and defective products within 2 years of purchase. Non-defective products must be unused, unwashed and have their tags stilled attached. Returns on non-defective and defective products are handled differently. Fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization form for non-defective returns. You'll receive an email within 24 hours containing an RMA number. This number must appear on the outside of your return packaging else your package will be rejected as soon as the company receives it. If you need to return a defective item, you must send photos that display the defect in an email with your shipping address and the 4-digit PO number on the care tag. This email must be sent to sales@scottevest.com.
