The RVCA Return Policy

The shop accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. The items must be unused with their tags still attached. If you wish to return a product, log into your account, and click View Orders in the My Account section. Select the item(s) you wish to return. Complete the Return Authorization form, and print the shipping label the shop gives you. Place the label on the outside of your return packaging. You can drop your package off at any FedEx or UPS location. The shop will notify you when your return begins to process.

Warranty Information

You may make a warranty claim on defective apparel and accessories within 90 days of purchase and on defective bags and luggage within 1 year of purchase. The defect must occur under normal use and proper care. If the shop agrees your product is defective, it will repair or replace it free of charge. You will have the option of replacing your defective product with a similar product if your original product is not available at the time of replacement. Products that do not fit will not be accepted under warranty, and altering products yourself will void warranty. You must have a valid proof of purchase, which can include a sales receipt or a bank statement listing the purchase.
