There isn’t a PayPal return policy, but you can easily cancel payments scheduled with PayPal. To cancel any payment, log into your account, click “PayPal Credit,” and click “View Payments.” Then simply click “Cancel” next to the payment you wish to cancel. You’ll then receive a confirmation email to clarify that the operation was successful.
