The Hoover Return Policy

Hoover accepts returns on products within 30 days of purchase and returns on defective products beyond 30 days. Print out a Return Form from the manufacturer's website. Fill out the form. Detach the bottom half of it, and include the top half in your return packaging. Fix the bottom half of it to the outside of the packaging. You are responsible for shipping charges. You'll receive a refund in the form of credit.
