How much can I save in the clearance section?

Currently, the retailer doesn’t offer a Helix clearance section. You can save money by selecting products from its Mattress Sales section. You can find this section by clicking on the Mattress Sales tab located in the lower-left corner of the retailer’s website. You can also find this department under the More Options tab at the top of the retailer's webpage.

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping from Helix is available on all purchases. To receive free delivery from Helix, you must have your orders shipped to an address in the United States. Canadian residents can have their products shipped to their locations for an affordable fee that is added to your total when placing your order.

Can I use a military discount with my purchase?

Yes, you can use a Helix military discount to save on your purchases from the retailer. Scroll down to the bottom of the retailer’s webpage, and click on the Military Discount tab. You need to have your credentials verified through Verify Pass. Once you have been approved, you will receive a Helix coupon code to save 15% on your order. The military discount is available to active military members, veterans, first responders, and their spouses.

Is there a student discount available?

Yes, there is a Helix student discount program. You must have your student ID verified through UNiDAYS.com. The discount will save you 15% on your purchases. You can only use one Helix promo code per day. A new code will be generated each day for your use. Scroll down to the bottom of the retailer’s page and click on Student Discount to begin the process.

How can existing customers save?

Helix existing customers' savings are sent to your email inbox when you create an account with the company. These Helix deals have included Helix coupon codes that have saved customers up to 30% on their entire purchase. Free merchandise and exclusive savings opportunities have also been made available in the past.

Is there a friends and family sale?

While there isn't a regular Helix friends and family sale, anyone who receives a referral code from you can save money. What is store's return policy?

Helix’s return policy allows you to return qualifying items up to 100 nights following your initial purchase. To claim your refund, you will need to fill out the company’s return form. You can access the form by selecting the Returns, Exchanges & Replacements option under the "How can we help?" tab. Choose the tab called "I’d like to Return/Exchange Something." Select the reason for your return request from the pop-up list.
