Blendtec accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Call the shop's customer service staff immediately if you suspect something is wrong with your product. Blendtec's Generous Warranty Policy

Blendtec offers generous warranty policies on all of its products, but it does offer different policies for different types of products. Blenders, mixers and mills receive 8-year warranties while refurbished products receive 7-year warranties. Jars that are purchased separately receive 3-year warranties. Any manufacturer defect that causes a motor failure, leakage or other issue will be repaired or replaced under these policies. Damage caused by misuse, abuse or natural disaster (flood, fire, earthquake, etc.) are not covered under these policies.
